Future Leaders of Coworking LLC - Membership Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 20, 2025

At Future Leaders of Coworking LLC ("FLOC"), we are committed to delivering valuable resources, networking opportunities, and professional development to our members. To maintain fairness and operational stability, we have established the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds on Membership Fees

All membership fees, including initiation, renewal, and recurring payments, are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds—full or partial—will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with services or benefits

  • Inability to utilize membership benefits

  • Business or personal changes affecting participation

2. Annual Subscription Policy

  • Annual memberships are prepaid and non-refundable. If you choose to cancel before the renewal date, your membership will remain active until the end of the paid term, but no refunds or prorated amounts will be issued.

  • Members are responsible for managing their subscription and canceling before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

3. No Prorated Refunds or Cancellations

FLOC does not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a membership term. Members who choose to cancel before their term ends will retain access to benefits until the expiration date but will not receive a refund.

4. Transferability & Membership Changes

Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual or entity.

5. Event & Program Fees

  • Fees for workshops, events, and special programs are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the event terms.

  • If FLOC cancels an event, a credit may be issued for future use at FLOC’s discretion.

6. Exceptions & Discretionary Credits

While refunds are not provided, in rare circumstances, FLOC may offer a membership credit or extension at its sole discretion. Such exceptions are determined on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

7. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation Responsibility

  • Annual memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Members are responsible for canceling their subscription if they do not wish to renew.

  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in an automatic charge for the next term, which is non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Members agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for transactions with FLOC. Any disputes must be addressed directly with FLOC’s support team at hello@futureleadersofcoworking.com Unauthorized chargebacks may result in membership suspension or termination.
