Member Code of Conduct

Our Mission


Future Leaders of Coworking (FLOC) is dedicated to helping emerging leaders in the coworking industry through networking, career development, and knowledge sharing. We aim to create a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive community that uplifts members and strengthens the coworking ecosystem.

Our Values

Member Expectations

By joining FLOC, members agree to uphold the following standards:

  • Professionalism: Engage respectfully and constructively in all discussions, meetings, and events.

  • No Solicitation or Poaching: Members may not directly solicit, recruit, or attempt to hire individuals from within the FLOC community for personal or company gain. Sharing job openings and professional opportunities is welcome in designated spaces but must be done with transparency and respect.

  • Confidentiality: Conversations, shared resources, and community insights should remain within the group unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Constructive Engagement: Members are encouraged to contribute to discussions and activities positively, avoiding any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

  • Adherence to Community Guidelines: Members must respect the rules of engagement for FLOC’s digital platforms (Whatsapp, social media groups, virtual and in-person events).

Violations & Removal Process

To maintain the integrity of our community, FLOC reserves the right to take action in response to violations of this Code of Conduct. The process is as follows:

  1. Warning – A private conversation will be initiated to address the concern and allow for clarification or corrective action.

  2. Review & Discussion – If the behavior continues, a formal review will be conducted by FLOC leadership, and the member may be given a final warning.

  3. Removal – Repeated or severe violations (e.g., solicitation, harassment, unethical conduct) will result in removal from FLOC without a refund of any membership dues.

  4. Appeal Process – Members may submit an appeal within 14 days of removal for reconsideration.

Our goal is to create a thriving, trust-based community. We appreciate your commitment to FLOC’s mission and values, ensuring a positive experience for all members.
