With hands-on experience at coworking leaders like Workbar and WeWork, Sam has honed skills in managing and optimizing flexible workspaces.
Currently, as part of LiquidSpace, the world’s leading global marketplace of flexible workspace solutions for Enterprise companies, Sam leverages data-driven insights to consult top partners, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth across the platform. Sam's passion for community building and flexible work solutions continues to shape the future of coworking.

Craig Baute is the Owner of Creative Density, Denswap and the runs the Denver Coworks Alliance.
Craig has been an owner of coworking spaces since 2010 and performing market feasibility and business modeling projections for commercial real estate developers and coworking entrepreneurs since 2014.
Craig started his coworking spaces to be a hub for the local community and believes that coworking spaces can be an economic driver for small to medium-sized cities, encouraging and empowering people to take remote jobs. His passion is in helping new spaces open successfully in order to help spread the coworking mission.
